Katarzyna Wieczorek
studied with Professor Matti Raekallio (of the Juilliard School in New York) at the University of Music and Drama in Hanover wherefrom she graduated with honours. She has won many national and international competitions and participated in numerous master classes.

As a pianist she has performed at many festivals including the Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele, Rheingau Festival, Braunschweig Classix Festival, Spanish Brass Festival and Bebersee Festival and given concerts in Europe, America, Asia and... Antarctica.

Ms. Wieczorek has worked with notable professors such as Ana Chumachenko, Wolfgang Boettcher and Krzysztof Węgrzyn and played chamber music with Janusz Wawrowski, Agata Szymczewska and Claudio Bohorquez.

Katarzyna Wieczorek is the official accompanist for such international competitions as the ARD Wettbewerb Muenchen, Aeolus Wettbewerb  Düsseldorf, Buenos Aires International Violin Competition and Jeju Festival in South Korea and the collaborative pianist at the University of Music and Drama in Hanover (since 2005) and Folwang School of Music in Essen (since 2009). Apart from classical works, Ms. Wieczorek also plays jazz and improvised music.
